Travel To Africa
Dream Of Your Trip - And
Make It Happen
Getting inspired by African music and dreaming of distant
worlds is wonderful - Actually
living that dream
is better!
Why not travel to Africa?!
Open-minded people can only benefit from a stay on this fascinating
continent. Africa has a lot to teach to us Westerners, and a lot to
offer:
Despite the sheer poverty that's still a reality in many places, Africa
is extremely rich. Rich in culture, in music, in beauty and nature.
I invite you to at
least picture yourself in Africa and explore some of the many
possibilities today.
Let's go!
Explore the possibilities
What's your dream? A
safari in Namibia?
Or in
Kenya? Or
volunteer in
Tanzania?
Travel Options
I know. Wanting to travel to Africa for the first time can make you
feel a bit
apprehensive. Not being familiar with the culture, the climate or even
possible dangers, that's normal.
Not knowing what to expect shouldn't stop you from travelling though.
All you have to do is chose a travel option that suits your needs and
level of experience:
Safari
Safaris are guided tours and ideal for first time visitors who want to
see the beauty of Africa. All you have to do is book a tour - Your
whole stay will be organized and you'll be taken to the most
breathtaking spots that you would never find on your own.

Volunteering
Rather do something meaningful? A good volunteer placement will give
you a much deeper insight into a culture. You get the chance to really
get to know the people, while still enjoying the safety of your
volunteering organisation.

Culture Study Tours
Let's not forget about the music here! There are excellent tours to
learn traditional instruments and dances from local teachers. This is a
fun way to explore a country's culture in a group of like-minded people.
Cheap Individual Travel
Naturally, organised tours have their price. You can explore all that
Africa has to offer for much less if you travel on your own. This is a
rather adventurous, but very rewarding way to travel. I only recommend
it to experienced Africa travellers though.
My tip:
If you are a first-time visitor but want to travel to Africa on your
own,
you can do what I did: I volunteered with an organisation in Ghana
until I felt comfortable enough to go my own way. This is how I ended
up staying for
almost 4 years by myself. I've never regretted it!
